This was a two phase, fast track project to accommodate the needs of a live business needing the minimum of disruption to its ongoing trade. The first phase entailed the re-modelling and refurbishment of the bar, restaurant and lounge areas, followed by an extension to the rear of the establishment providing a new kitchen.
